“The ending was hauntingly beautiful and moving.
A book I will not soon forget.”

The story
A cartographer who never finished her last map.
When Marenne returns to the flooded coast of her childhood, she finds her grandmother’s unfinished atlas — a book of places that no longer exist, drawn from a memory the tide has been slowly taking back.
To finish the map, she will have to remember what she left behind — and decide which of the lost places are worth bringing back. A luminous story about grief, home, and the quiet courage of drawing a line on a blank page.
